Over the past summer, I was given the chance to intern with a local veterinary clinic where I was able to do many new things including:
Assisted veterinarians in large and small animal procedures
Provided assistance during radiology procedures
Calmed and soothed anxious patients
Provided patient restraint during procedures and examinations
